DealFit also uses browser-local storage for certain account or interface state.
As of the Effective Date, the shipped DealFit application does not include an advertising pixel, tag manager, or dedicated analytics SDK.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- authenticate users;
- provide DealFit;
- save and retrieve deals;
- calculate and display deal analysis;
- manage selected markets and pipeline information;
- determine account tier and feature access;
- process subscription and complimentary access;
- prevent duplicate or unauthorized subscription activity;
- provide sharing and export features;
- route user-requested funding information to Clear Path Capital;
- maintain security and reliability;
- diagnose errors;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
- provide customer support;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- operate and improve DealFit.
3. Payments
DealFit uses Stripe for paid subscriptions, Checkout, payment processing, and the Customer Portal.
When you purchase a subscription, payment information is provided directly to Stripe.
We receive information from Stripe that is needed to identify your customer or subscription, determine payment and subscription status, manage your DealFit entitlement, and respond to billing events.
Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy practices.
4. Authentication and Data Infrastructure
DealFit uses Supabase for services that include authentication, database storage, and server-side application functions.
Your account information, saved pipeline data, selected markets, entitlement information, and related application records may therefore be processed through Supabase infrastructure.
5. Hosting and Software Delivery
DealFit's static web application is hosted through GitHub Pages.
DealFit also loads certain software or presentation resources from third-party services, including:
- Google Fonts; and
- esm.sh, which is used to deliver a pinned software dependency.
When your browser requests resources from these services, those providers may receive ordinary network information such as your IP address, browser details, and request metadata.
Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy practices.
6. Clear Path Capital Funding Requests
DealFit includes an optional path for users who want to explore financing through Clear Path Capital.
If you choose to use that feature, DealFit may transfer selected deal information to Clear Path Capital's funding website, including relevant financial or property-analysis inputs.
This transfer occurs because you request the funding handoff.
Information submitted through the Clear Path Capital funding process may then be governed by additional disclosures or terms applicable to that brokerage or funding process.
You do not need to request funding in order to use DealFit's general analysis features.
7. Sharing and Export You Initiate
DealFit may let you copy or share deal information using features such as:
- your device's native sharing interface;
- your clipboard;
- messaging applications; or
- third-party destinations you select.
These transfers occur when you initiate them.
Once information is shared with another person or service, that recipient's privacy practices may apply.
8. When We Share Information
We may disclose information:

We use service providers to operate DealFit, including providers used for:
- authentication and database infrastructure;

Examples may include:
- displayed tier state;
